Anne M. Simcoe (nee Klassen), age 43, of Crown Point, IN, passed away after a courageous battle with cancer on Thursday, February 11, 2010 at home.
Anne is survived by her husband: Tim; daughter: Madelyn; mother: Judith Drackert of Crown Point; brother: Tony (Kelly Brubaker) Klassen of Chesterton; sister: Christine (Xavier) Mendoza of Crown Point; in-laws: Gerald and Patsy Simcoe of Lindley, NY; and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, February 16, 2010 at 10:00 AM at Geisen Funeral-Cremation & Reception Centre (NOTE: NEW LOCATION-2 blocks east of Broadway) at 606 E 113th Ave. Crown Point, IN with Pastor Darril Holden officiating. Interment will be at Calumet Park Cemetery in Crown Point, IN.
Friends may visit with the family on Monday, February 15, 2010 from 2:00 to 5:00 and 6:00 to 8:00 PM at Geisen Funeral-Cremation & Reception Centre in Crown Point.
Anne was a member of the Community Bible Church in Brighton, MI. She was very involved in many of Madelyn�s school activities and loved supporting her local church. Anne was a 1984 graduate of Crown Point High School and had a degree in accounting from Purdue University. Most of all she truly enjoyed being a wife and mother.
